Cargo System

We have an efficient team of documentation executives for all the import / export activities of any kind of cargo related to Customs, C.Excise, Port, Shipping Companies, Airlines, Freight Forwarders, Transport, Stevedoring, Barges, warehousing, survey, etc and allied activities.

Export: Upon receipt of LC / Contract, we start follow up with factories/exporters to determine readiness of the cargo for Export. Depending on the need, necessary arrangements for Factory / Dock stuffing are made. Simultaneously, the processes for preparation of pre and post shipment documents are initiated and the same are checked in terms with their correctness as per terms and conditions stipulated in the LC /Contract. We, in addition to the above, supervise the cargo movement from the carting / warehousing / container stuffing to vessel load point, in person.

Import: Upon receipt of Shipment advise / B.L from the importer and the notice of cargo arrival schedule from the cargo carrier agency,  our documentation department initiates a pre-alert process, whereby checklists and details of documents required are sent to customers to ensure speedy clearance on arrival of their cargo. Having received the necessary documents and post checking the accuracy and completeness of documentation, a separate case file is created for each transaction. This ensures a personalised and focused monitoring and tracking of each shipment, thereby equipping the clearance staff to clear the shipment of Imports in the first attempt.

In addition to the standard clearance procedure, we also facilitate special approvals to be obtained from various departments such as Port Health Office (PHO), Plant Quarantine (PQ), Assistant Drug Controller (ADC), Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC), GSP certificates.

Understanding the customers need for information at a later date, we store these individual case files on an easy retrievable basis, at a centralised location after the execution of the final delivery.
